first time subletting, what should i look out for ?
I plan to sublet a place in new haven for a month, and someone reached out offering a room in a 2b2b apartment. we had video call once and she seems really really nice, even before we video call she always responded so politely and kindly. the place is also nice and she provided a lot of pictures. what other research and what should I look out for before I decide should I sublet?
