Did a time audit on my e-commerce business last month. Logged every task for 7 days. Product research: 4.5 hrs Writing copy: 6 hrs Customer support: 11 hrs Ad monitoring: 8 hrs Financial tracking: 3 hrs Actual strategy work: 1.5 hrs Out of a 34-hour work week, 1.5 hours was actually moving the business forward. The rest was operations. The same tasks, every week, requiring me personally. Anyone else done a time audit? What were your numbers?
