I "slip-tie" my trainers, which means I can slip in and out of them, but they are snug enough that they wouldn't fall off if I had to do a sprint in them. I also believe this puts less stress and tension on the overall structure of the trainer, especially at wear-points and areas that are inclined to creasing.

Anyone else do this, or am I the only mad one? 😉🤣❤️✊️///
