Hormonal Acne

Hello! I’m hoping someone might be able to help me. I’ve been struggling with hormonal acne for about 3/4 years now. I’m 31 and have been diagnosed with PCOS for about 3 years now. I’ve had issues with the symptoms for years though. I think being on birth control for 12 years triggered PCOS.

Back to the acne, I wash my face morning and night before bed. I’ve tried benzoyl peroxide, it made my face red and hot. I tried vitamin c a few days and I don’t think my skin likes it either. Countless different face washes and lotions, etc.

I change and wash my pillow case, sheets, ect. All the time to keep that clean.

Has anyone been able to get rid of the hormonal acne without medication?

I don’t want to take accutane or birth control again.

Any help is appreciated!!
