Hiring: Remote Graphic Designer + Content Creator (All-Rounder)
Marketing + Sales + Excel Systems | Remote | Flexible
We’re a growing transport & logistics company based in Melbourne, looking for a smart, creative all-rounder who can help us scale — not just with content, but with real business growth, systems, and lead generation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Design graphics for social media, ads & branding
* Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads & Google Ads
* Create engaging content (posts, captions, ad copy, emails)
* Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients
* Draft sales pitches, cold messages & proposals
* Assist in overall marketing strategy & brand growth
* Build Excel tools & templates(pricing sheets, job trackers, profit calculators, CRM-style trackers)
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
* Strong graphic design skills(Canva, Adobe, etc.)
* Understanding of lead generation & sales funnels
* Ability to think like a marketer + operator
* Excel skills (IMPORTANT) – ability to create smart, automated sheets
* Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
Bonus if you:
* Have worked with transport, logistics, or 3PL businesses
* Can build pricing calculators or business dashboards
