Is there a way to play Conan on two different devices?

I have my macbook and i play games there with GeForceNow and also on my PC.
When i start Conan with GFN it seems it doesnt sync with cloud (?) or what ever its called 😄

I play on my Mac and stationary PC at home.

I have noticed that there is a problem with SteamCloud sync when i go from my laptop to my stationary. At home (PC) i often get an error message that SteamCloud isnt updated.

How do i fix this, switching between systems is fibbly at best :/
