M16 71kg 5”11. 2 lumps in neck area super worried

I will describe it here, would appreciate any help.

2 months ago I found a lump on the left side of neck, it’s like a kidney bean size(1.2cm length, 0.8cm width). It has no pain, rubbery, and can’t be moved under my finger a bit. - sticks out in the photo when I lean to the other side.

I had a doctor’s appointment about 1.5 months ago and they said it was just a lymph node.

About 1 month ago I felt a lump above my collarbone, near my trap muscle on the right side. It is about half the size of a fingertip (0.8cm long, 0.4cm wide).

Neither lumps have gotten much bigger if not at all in the last 2 months. Super worried bc I ask google and it tells me all this bad stuff.

No other symptoms really, I also did have a fairly bad illness near November time, ( super bad throat constantly hurts when breathing ) and a standard cold and cough.

Would really appreciate any help or advice on what this may be.

I did a 5k today for the first time and I’m in good shape and wondering if I have Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction. About 2.5k in my breathing started really hurting and was very painful.

I have had this pain before but not as bad, one time when I was ill about 6 months ago and some times while I’m playing football outside.

I do other physical activity inside and I get no problem breathing or when it is warm outside, but whenever it is cold the pain is unbearable.

Was wondering if anyone experiences this and if it actually turns out to be Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction.
