Ebay is owned almost entirely by the institutions.
So, the same players that are desperately short $GME are being offered $GME stock issued from the source, plus cash, to acquire their asset under sleepy management…
That GME issued stock is more valuable than gold to that algo, this deal is going to get done on that basis alone.
The Aladdin algorithm will advise the institutions that own eBay to takef the deal. The algorithm needs to control more GME and this is a way to start doing that.
