i'm looking for some help with my build. I want to use permafrost bolts for clear and artillery ballista for single target damage, but i’m struggling to get my DPS to a decent level.

i know i could swap in Fragmentation Rounds for a damage boost, but i’d really prefer to stick with Permafrost. any advice on how to scale the damage without switching skills?
