Hi,

I (19M) want to visit Italy for a few days with my girlfriend (17F but she is becoming 18 later this year), and I want to know, what documents do we need to obtain to avoid any problems?

We are travelling from Poland, so Schengen applies, and her parents can provide documents if necessary). I tried searching online, but I either see conflicting info in English, or some articles in Italian that I don't understand
