Honestly though, just an appreciation post for still being able to walk into a store, browse, and walk out with new movies in-hand right away. No shipping delays, no fucked up packaging, no loose discs, no waiting. Bull Moose <3.

My only gripe is with studios not putting brand new movies out on 4K. I went in expecting to pick up Shelter, Dracula, and Primate on UHD - imagine my surprise to find that none of them are even getting 4K releases in the US. Fucking absurd. First world problems, I guess, but it still sucks. Looks like Shelter has a release outside the US. Guess I'm importing.

Anyway, I picked up Wuthering Heights (one of my favorites of the year so far) and IT: Welcome to Derry (a partial blind-buy, as I've only seen the first few episodes).

This is exactly the kind of low-brow smut that I love. I honestly don't get the downright hate for this one. We had more fun with it than some others we have watched lately - Madonna is hot. Willem Dafoe is hot. Candle wax is hot. I mean honestly, what more can you ask for?

Looking forward to an upcoming rewatch. Anyone else actually enjoy this one? Never really seen anyone post about it and Vinegar still has plenty of the limited editions. Does *everyone* hate this?
