Let's try to be positive for once. Killer Tune, RT, and some new archetypes have a few cool things going on. First, their endboard is small, which means that you don't have to patiently wait for eight minutes to play. Plus, it's more brittle : if you have some board breakers it's enough to hurt them a lot. We still see familiar faces like Baronne De Fleur from time to time, but it's not longer as deadly as the Maliss meta. Another cool thing is that some archetypes like KT don't really rely on Omni Negates, more so a toolbox that they can access at any time, like Rotary's hand-peeking. Finally, it's interactive, meaning that you can respond to most of their effects besides some chain-blocking here in there. An honourable mention to them not relying on floodgates like Kashitra or towers like Lunalight. If you have a body that you can't kill or there's an effect that prevents you from interacting with them-- this is the definition of uninteractive, and it's hard to see it as skillful.
All in all, this is a frustrating meta to a lot of people, but Komoney is doing some stuff correctly, so let's have fun!
I wonder if I should bite the 700 gems to get that mate, it's a pretty cool one.
