[TOMT] [creepypasta] Creepypasta from years ago where people are replaced by creatures when going into a body of water.
Ok, I’ve been looking for this one for a while; but I remember listening to a creepypasta years ago about people being replaced by creatures in a body of water.
The narrator I listened to was either Mr Creeps or Creepsmcpasta, as I didn’t really listen to anyone else at the time.
I vaguely remember it centering around someone the main character knew and how they were acting strange. I also somewhat remember it being a town wide phenomena, with other people being replaced as well.
Eventually the MC goes down into the water and finds the people alive and contained in weird cocoon sack things.
Beyond that, I have no other point of reference for it. I don’t even know if it was a lake, pond or just a waterhole.
