I have read some posts about people that have adhd and can't find a good working ritual to address the difficulties of being neurodivergent and having a "normal" life, I also have adhd and in a lot of fields my life is a complete mess, especially concerning cleaning and tidying up or organization in general.

I decided to do the ritual 10 - Cultivation of Self-Discipline from SAM.

I did it as a Foundation Power, I haven't addressed the adhd, just the will of becoming more self-disciplined and become more self-realized.

It has been 5 days since the ritual, I was in a bit of disbelief that something major would even happen and let it go from my mind because I was also making other rituals after that one.

Today something that never, ever ever ever in my life has happened before, just did. I was laying down with a screen on my face when, from nowhere, I got this idea of "what if I just pick up the dirty laundry on the floor" and after that though, I didn't fight much, I just put some music and started cleaning the laundry and then the house like it was nothing! I could even enjoy myself cleaning with the music playing.

After that, I started replying to emails and made some bureaucratic work too!!

I have never experienced this easiness of initiative.

It was like, "oh there's this to be done, let's do it, it's easy".

Sure the house still has a lot to get done with, but I don't feel bad for not being able to do it all in one go and I'm just happy to accomplish something in the easiest way ever in my life.

If you have adhd, you can give it a try. I can't promise you that's going to work the same way that has for me, but something will surely happen for the best.

Has anyone performed the ritual Dissolution of False Beliefs from SAM?

What have you noticed?

I'm looking for a ritual to dissolve my spiritual old and limited beliefs.

If you haven't used this particular ritual but have practiced another one, feel invited to comment, any help or sharing of experiences is welcome!
