Hi guys! I'm doing a raccoon tail on my daughter's hair. The last pic is the contrasting shade she chose (I think she should go a bit lighter). I want to use a high lift color instead of bleach + toner but I'm having trouble deciding on her hair color level on the 1-10 scale. I'm leaning toward 3 root with 4 ends, which means I should be looking at a 6/7 ash color for my selection, right? I have both 20 and 30 developer at home to do the hair strand test on. I appreciate the input!
