My sister will very soon have 3 under 3. Her son’s first birthday is coming up and two weeks later is her baby shower. She’s having a girl. She doesn’t want or need anymore toys but could always use clothes. I’m trying to think more practical and for things that are for the kids but also benefit my sister and brother in law. They’re Baptist Christians if that matters to anyone. I’m going to get them both a onesie that matches my sister’s “The Lord is my Shepherd” sweater, but other than that, I’m lost.

I live with my mom and 9 other people. Can’t throw away things that aren’t expired even if it hasn’t been touched in months. (moms rule) and the fridge and freezer are PACKED full to the brim. How can I make it prettier and have more room for meal prepping?

I am 19 and had my first baby 8 months ago. I’ve always been overweight/obese but I never struggled to lose weight if I tried enough (calorie deficit, gym, etc). I was 195-200 pre pregnancy. I gained almost 100lbs and ended my pregnancy weighing a whopping 276lbs. I am deeply insecure about my weight currently. I’ve stayed at 258 since having my baby. It hasn’t budged. But I finally took my health back into my hands and got help for postpartum anxiety and depression and took my health more seriously. I’ve now gone from 258 to 253 in a week and a half. I know it doesn’t seem “healthy” but the bigger you are the more calories you burn when you’re active/eating right. I’ve put myself in a strict calorie deficit and it’s helped so much. I feel and am going to be, so much better than I was and am right now. I am so excited for myself to finally be comfortable and happy in my body again. I have to lose 88.1lbs to reach my goal weight and I finally feel like this goal is achievable!
