Someone help me access the watches face store so I can buy new faces.

I'm stuck in a loop.

Hey I just got the Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro, and when connected to my phone I can't see the watches battery percentage on my phone like other Bluetooth devices.

Is there a way to fix this??
