During college I've tried lucid dreaming with varied results, but after college I started looking into AP. I'm out of practice now after having a child, but I was able to reach the body sleep phase pretty easily, but always had issues getting around the loud noises during the vibrational phase.

Any techniques to help push through this or is it more of a keep trying kind of practice?
