I took out agreed value insurance with Just Kampers in January for £32000 as I'm currently building our van and have estimated that will be the value when finished.

I've been sending pictures as I progress and in March they valued my van at £19000 and demanded another £16 premium. After spending nearly an hour on the phone with them, they said that I'm all square and I can continue sending photos if I want to.

Last week they deducted the £16 from my credit card, so I guess I'm spending another hour on the phone.

Am I wrong in thinking how the agreed valuation works, I assumed that they would re-value based on the documentation provided up to the maximum agreed.
