Patio Slab Right Underneath Siding

Had a patio poured and the slab comes right up to my siding. Not attached but sitting right underneath it. I'm worried about drainage because I'm not sure if water is going to be able to escape though the weep holes in the J channel. Contractor put a piece of PVC trim and two pieces of expansion against the house. They're in the last picture but hard to see.

Two questions:

  1. Am I right to be concerned?

  2. How should this be remedied? I was thinking z flashing behind the bottom row of siding.
