Hey all,

I'm a cis woman, my partner is a trans man with PCOS who just had an IUD fitted.

When he came home from the appointment of getting it fitted he experienced "the worst pain I've ever felt." He was literally crying, throwing up and unable to speak or move.

I'm genuinely terrified that during sex I might dislodge the IUD and cause unimaginable pain again. Everything online is like, "don't worry, his penis won't be able to feel it", but I don't really mind about feeling the strings on my fingers, I do care a lot about moving the IUD or causing pain and damage. Is that something that can happen?
