Hi all! I am looking into getting a chilipad dock pro, and I've been reading all of the posts in this subreddit about it. I'm seeing a lot of issues about it leaking, poor customer service, and short warranty, but most of these posts are from 2+ years ago. I'm wondering if anyone has bought this within the last year and what their experience has been like? Is the leaking still a major issue, has customer service gotten better, etc.?

I'm looking at the chilipad as opposed to 8 sleep because my partner doesn't want their side of the bed to be affected. Any thoughts would be super helpful!
