My mom filled a Vawa case in November 2022. She added me and my brother. At that time, I was a minor and almost finished high school but I couldn’t go to college because we didn’t have a prima facie (they only gave me two semesters to study). Now my brother has his graduation ceremony in a month, and he’s getting a scholarship, but he can’t get that because we don’t have prima facie. We got more proof/evidence about this guy, but we don’t know what to do. We already sent an email to a congresswoman about our situation, but she has no response to us. We’re trying so hard not to give up because we’ve been here for almost 5 years but are so tired:/ We just need help or an advice for this:(
