Had a weird half dream experience, I’m f 22 this was when I was like maybe 18 - 19. I was focusing on the static as I was falling asleep it zoomed in to the static and started identifying patterns in it, I then heard a strong male voice telling me to stop looking or something and then I returned in a male voice yelling back that I wouldn’t. Thoughts???

I also have only had maybe a couple Aps but I can’t get out it feels like. How vivid is the spiritual realm when u meditate on it???
