Hi everyone,

I'm new here, I'm currently a STEM postdoc at oxbridge and I am looking into possible career change - considering civil services but I feel I don't have any experience that I can translate to these applications. I have searched online, only reasonably associated job is this, but it requires experience of industry, end user as well,- basically the big picture, I don't have any of that.

Is it that I am aiming for too high? Or is it usually like this - only few essentials match? How do people go about application as postdocs
