I have been observing this pattern where businesses grow well initially and then unexpectedly get stuck at the same revenue

The strange thing is, it's not always about traffic. Sometimes leads are still coming but growth just stops.

It almost feels like something breaks in the transition when you try to move from early growth to actually scaling it might be offer, messaging or system.

Curious if anyone has experienced this, what do you think actually caused it?
