My husband and I have had a Tesla wall charger for years now. We didn't downloaded the app when we first got it, so never got the code in the Getting Started section of the manual. I threw out the box with that information a while back, so I can't get the code. The charger is stopping after about 15 minutes and then keeps cycling through going on and off. There is a noticeable clicking sound coming from the charger that wasn't there before. We had an electrician come out and he said the power going in is fine. Does anyone know how I can contact support if I don't have a login?
