TLDR: Shorted three weeks pay, tried two bank garnishments already.LOCATION: Georgia. This guy has like 10-12 contracts with one of the major bread and confectionery manufacturers, he has two companies that are inc. with the bread routes split between them, as well as a farm that is an llc. Our contract was oral not written. Things went south immediately. He shorted me 3 weeks pay over $2000. I won judgement by default when he didn't show to up hearing, and the post judgement interrogatory and debtors examination are not going to work, he's not going to show up. I've tried garnishments on his bank account twice, unsuccessfully. He pays in cash. I know when he pays his people and where. Should I file a writ of execution and show up when he pays his people, or garnish him through company he's contracted with? LOCATION: Georgia
