Materna or Nature Made prenatals? [bc]

I’m preparing to conceive later this year so I’m looking into the best prenatal vitamins but am feeling overwhelmed by options. My doctor mentioned Materna but online I’ve seen a lot about Nature Made being a good option with complete vitamins. Does anybody have experience with either and have any opinions on which might be the best option? Or any other prenatal recommendations?

I’ve recently had to make a change to my schedule that I had to sit in and consider for a while. I have a BPD client who primarily has been booking extended sessions only for all sessions and I’ve recently decided to remove this service this upcoming summer so I’ve announced that change to all clients. I’m seeing this client for a conversation with her around this change (she moved her session from next week to tomorrow out of urgency following my announcement) and I’m noticing that I’m almost like questioning myself and wondering how this will go. I’ve had a lot of supervision before coming to this decision and it was not made on a whim but I knew it was going to be triggering for this client who has become dependent on it. I can’t reach my supervisor before I have this session so I’m reaching out here I guess for reassurance that it’s okay to make changes, seeing if anyone has ever had pushback from clients following changes to your own structure for personal reasons, etc. Any and all feedback to ensure tomorrow’s conversation goes smoothly is appreciated.

Also, do you offer extended sessions? Is this for all clients or for more specialized forms of treatment? I’d love to hear what services other therapists offer and why.
