What’s Festival etiquette?

Is there an unwritten set of “rules”? I only ask as l was on the receiving end of some very unpleasant behaviour from another attendee and it absolutely spoilt my mood/the vibe to the point where the next time this dj is in town, I won’t be attending. I arrived early-ish and was enjoying the line up of other DJs. As time went on, more people started to come towards the front of the barrier between the stage and the crowd(I had my little spot at the front). A group of about 5 people came from nowhere and inserted themselves next to and behind me. As soon as the headliner appeared and started doing his thang, I was shoved and pushed from my spot by this little rude turd of a female to the point I was yelling “oh my god!!!” She of course thought she had every right to shove and push me. After the show ended, l left immediately feeling really pissed off and upset. As mentioned, next time I won’t be attending. Is this normal behaviour?

After some advice please - I emailed the RE Agent re: the split system AC which wasn’t working a few months ago. For context, I’ve had issues with the unit ever since it was installed . Each time, the techs have popped out, “fixed it” and that was it. Now the agent has asked me to pay for most recent visit. When l asked why and shouldn’t they pay, I was told they didn’t have money which sounds like the poxiest and most ridiculous excuse l’ve EVER heard. So am l responsible for paying for this?
