so I just realised that the eye patches I use have both retinol and arbutin as ingredient. I also use them a lot. I am 10 weeks pregnant and I am freaking out. any words of wisdom? it is my first pregnancy. of course I will stop using them but I feel so stupid because I am so careful with everything else. high anxiety right now!
