I want to purchase plot for residential purpose. I visited amolik in sector 98. I am not sure if i should purchase plot there or not and if that will be a good purchase in terms of appreciation and residential purpose. Prices are very high right now And day by day its increasing. Also if there is any other area which i can look?

I have a 1.5-1.8 cr budget only (salaries person).

In amolik getting 109 gaj only for that much price.

My dream was to have a 150-200 gaj plot and build my home which i think will not be possible with faridabad's market situation.
