Is there anyway to stop house sinking before restumping

Hi all,

I am planning a major renovation on a property but will not happen for at least 2 years

The renovation will involve a change of layout and require new foundations/stumps to support that. There is also a possibility that we will dig out a basement under the house. Considering all that I don’t want to restump the house now as it might all be ripped out in 2 or 3 years.

In one section of the property the timber stumps must be very bad as the house has sunk bout 15cm on one corner .

There is movement in the other parts of the house but not as bad.

I am hoping there is some type of temporary solution to stop the house sinking further in the bad corner before we get all the foundations done for the Reno.

I am hoping someone has can give me some ideas on what solutions might be available.

program mifare cards to work on HID Signo

Hi All,

Is there a software and hardware combo that can be used to program a mifare card to work with a HID Signo
readers and communicate a site code and card number rather than CSN?

I am looking for options other than the HID software that you need to buy credits for.

Thanks in advance

Hi all,

I have changed numerous sash cords but have not encountered a window like this before.

It has square weights which I can not remove from the window frame. I need to change the sash cord on the upper window but can’t access the weight because the I can not remove the weight for the lower window.

Does anyone know how to get access to the weights for the top window?

Does anyone know where to buy something like this bottom track in australia?

The track in the picture is not big enough for the doors. Each door is 33mm deep. The maximum for the 200s track shown in the image is about 25mm

It is to suit this style roller https://www.alibaba.com/x/186ueP?ck=pdp

I have searched everywhere I can think of but have not had any luck.

It is to replace a bottom track on about 6 different wardrobes with mirror doors. I want to avoid having to change all the rollers for a different style track if possible

Thanks in advance for your help
