Does anyone else feel like they're losing money every time they market themselves?

I'm a consultant, and my brain keeps doing this annoying math for 1 hour writing a LinkedIn post = $200 in lost billable time. But If I stop posting, my leads dry up in three months. It feels like a lose-lose. How do you guys stay visible without feeling like you're literally paying for it?

Hearing aids that work well in a theater or concert hall?

I love going to the theater, but lately, my hearing loss has been making it really hard to enjoy the shows. I'm missing important lines, struggling to follow the plot, and leaving more frustrated than inspired.

My current hearing aids don't help much in these environments, In big spaces, they just seem to amplify everything, the room echoes, people rustling their programs, random coughs and the actors' voices get completely lost in the mix.

I don't want to give up something I love. Are there specific hearing aids or software programs that work better in large theaters? Do "music" or "concert" settings help with spoken dialogue? Are there certain brands that excel at focusing on stage audio while ignoring crowd noise?

I post consistently 4-5 times a week. mix of before/afters, reels, styling tips and an availability this week post. My engagement is decent, I get saves and comments, people DM me saying they love my work. but when I ask new clients how they found me it's almost never Instagram. it's word of mouth, Google, old clients referring people

so either Instagram is genuinely not driving bookings for me anymore or I'm missing something fundamental about how to use it
