Accidentally found it when digging a hole.
found in Western Masovia, Poland.
countryside region. i have no idea what this could be because the field where i found it hasn’t been used in like at least 70years

Edit:
Railway clamp, probably russian, when they were building the Warsaw-Vienna railway in the 1840s, the railway is 3.8km away in a straight line, no idea how it got here.
