Hello, I have been going to the gym for several years now and in December I had reached a satisfactory situation (around 17% body fat with good muscles built on). In the past few months I got a bit detailed and gained 5 kg that I can all feel in my inner thighs, my stomach and my love handles and I would like to go back to the shape I was in December. My problem is that since I weight 107 kilos (I am 190 cm tall) when I run or do HIIT exercises I feel like my knees may not benefit from these types of workout, what could I do to avoid putting too much pressure on my knees but still lose weight?
