Just got an email few days ago about the HSSC documents attestation. Can anyone tell me is it important to get it attested and submit.

been trying to transfer data from realme to my new 16 pro max and bruh it has been stuck on 1 minute remaining for 2 h 30 min like ... and I can't even let the screen go off. such a headache. does anyone have any solution? I'm using wifi for transfer.
