I’ve been using this kt tape for a while and haven’t gotten blisters in the past but today I took it off and holy shit it is bad. I used coconut oil for the removal but it still hurts and I want to know what’s the fastest way I can heal so I can start taping again, I did wear it for 4 days and I was really itchy, but when it itched I like pounded like a gorilla and idk if that made it worse. Please help me. I showered and I tried to clean the wound but I don’t know what to do.
