UPDATE: I was able to move it. The problem was it wouldn’t let me actually select the stable to move. I just went to bed and it worked the next day. Thank you to all for your suggestions!

I accidentally placed my barn next to the water. I can’t get into the barn and the horse cannot leave. Therefore I also cannot move the barn because the horse is stuck in there. What do I do!?!? I can’t even demolish the building because the horse is stuck in there.
