Extremely frustrating because my employer sent OFLC already what they asked for. 1120-S and K-1 were both sent to validation team.

Two days later we still got the same email from them saying
“Based on the documentation submitted to the OFLC, the FEIN has not been verified as an obviously valid nine-digit FEIN assigned by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).”

It is unclear how this would be resolved.
