Need 2BHK in BTM/JP Nagar
Hi everyone,
My partner and I are looking for a semi-furnished 2BHK for rent in BTM Layout or JP Nagar. Budget is around ₹30–40K. We both work from home, so looking for a peaceful and comfortable area rather than office commute convenience. Also, we don't own any pet.
Preferences:
- Good ventilation/sunlight
- Reliable power backup & internet
- Preferably gated society
- Safe locality with nearby groceries/cafes
- Balcony would be a huge plus
- Parking for 2 wheeler
Also, any tips for avoiding overpriced listings/brokers would really help.
