How do you name noble titles without it feeling too Western European?

I've been working on a medium fantasy medieval world and one thing that keeps bugging me is noble titles. Duke, Count, Baron, I don't like that they sound too Western European

I thought of inventing new words but simply replacing with random fantasy words doesn't really fix it either.

Any ideas how to solve this?
