Hello, I got my implant Dec 2025. For context I have never tried any other birth control but simply of sick of having periods and cramps. After extensive research and some friends recs I thought the implant sounded best. From Dec-Feb I had some light spotting but nothing I couldn’t handle. Then in March I bled the whole month still light but it was so annoying. It stopped for two weeks and has started again but like nothing before. I’ve had bad cramps and heavy bleeding just like my old periods except it has lasted longer. I’m just tired. I feel like I’m in a difficult position as the implant has massively improved my sex life (I have severe health anxiety and the thought of being pregnant affected it a lot before) and I actually enjoy sex with my bf now when I never thought I could! However, how I am feeling right now is awful, I feel bloated, ugly and depressed. I don’t really know what I’m asking, but maybe just some support knowing I’m not alone in how I feel. I don’t want to give up on the implant just yet but maybe some ways to help manage. Thanks
