So my F1 visa was refused on 20th April 2026, and I’m trying to reapply. Is it true that there’s like a “silent ban” on refused students and they can’t see any slots and reapply till 10 months after refusal?
Online, I’ve heard that a refused application is treated as a new one. However, someone mentioned a silent ban, and I’ve been feeling anxious ever since. Could someone please help me understand this?
