
Hello, for context like many others i have been recently banned for no apparent reason and i am aware that most people are appealing via the x support website. However for me after being banned i could not appeal as i cannot log in to my banned x account to appeal which it says i must do to appeal. This is because it originally said my password was wrong (which i know 100% it wasn't) so i went to change it and it told me an error had occurred and to try again later. i then contacted support via another account to ask what i should do which i got a reply saying i still had control of my account (which i didn't). So a few days pass and i try to change my password again this time saying either an "internal error has occurred" or just "error try again later". To further note when typing up my account handle on X on another account it says "this account no longer exists" showing that it has been banned and not hacked. Due to X support being only AI and with the only way i could get human support was via purchasing X premium i did so for a month to try and get a human support agent to help. When reaching out to said agent they said the same unhelpful assistance that the AI told me and when i said that this was not possible in my case they replied with "I have provided all the information I have on this topic and will be closing this ticket." without ever resolving my problem. This is especially demoralising as the account that got banned has a year's worth of X premium on it and amassed a decent follower count and had been my main X account for years. In summary the main issue i am having is that i am not able to sign into my banned account on the X support website to appeal. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated as X premium support seems to be of no help whatsoever.
