I know it’s rough for us gym rats to lift while on this medication. I’m currently going through it I’m dieting while not losing a lot of muscle. Things that have helped me is reducing my work outs to 3x a week. I still push my self I just avoid compound lifts such as squats/hax. You gotta put the ego aside I hate doing machine leg presses but can’t complain the medication is temporary. I take my fish oil, vit d and a bit of melatonin to help me recover. Don’t lose hope my fellow gym rats eventually we’ll have the clear skin and be able to go back to our regular schedule.

( 4 month, 40mg first 3 months now doing 80mg)
