So I have seen many people ask why did byakuya group not revived science. After all their group had most intelligent scientists in the world . Well according to me the reason was they did not had man power or resources. Senku was lucky that the area is which he revived had most of the minerals present in it. But in case of byakuya it was a small island ,maybe it did not had all those minerals. Also senku got man power from the ichigami village,his allies were very strong meanwhile byakuya group was mainly scientist not strength wise strong. Even senku was not able to move forward without man power that's why he invented millet noodles and used them to get manpower from ichigami village. Also chrome has already explored most of the metal locations and collected them . That's why he did not had to search for many of them ,or collect them.
