Hey all!

I have an old 2001 YZ 250 that I rode as a kid. It’s been ran hard with no maintenance ever that I can remember other than an occasional filter cleaning and tires. The bike was run that way for over a decade.

Pulled out the old YZ and it still runs great! I would like to give it the love I couldn’t afford as a kid. What should I look at first? It’s all original down to the original spark plug.

I replaced the very worn sprocket and chain and threw some fresh tires on. Not sure if I should preemptively do a top end or clutch?

I’m very impressed with the Yamahas reliability. I would imagine this bike has a crazy amount of hours on it
