I started out injecting in front of my urologist. He said that I did okay but seemed a little disinterested. What recommendations do any of you have about injections? Where when? Does it work better when you have a semi? Should you stroke yourself after to get it moving or just let it work? Vacuum pump and cock ring after? And anything else anyone can think of. I appreciate the help guys. I'm on level two about 40 mg and it doesn't give me a bump for very long about 15 minutes. I was also injecting and bent the needle and when I tried yesterday I had a really tough time pushing the medicine in. So like I say any help.

My urologist prescribed trimix. I tried it and it worked a little bit really for about 15 to 20 minutes and that was at 50 mg. Went back to the urologist he prescribed a higher concentration mix. 30 mg still not great. I'm probably having as good an effect with the 20 to 40 mg of tadalafil that I take. Neither however generally make me hard enough to penetrate confidently. But I take a whole hell of a lot of blood pressure cardiac medicines etc. my cardiologist has prescribed the ones that have the least effect on my dick. And I can get it up and going. Standing straight out. Thing is it doesn't last. Any thoughts guys? Anyone have similar experiences and please God.... Suggestions or solutions? I'm just 59
