Can anyone give advice? My gut feelings just not settling

Cleft lip / palette *

My baby is strong and has a strong heart beat, I’m 17.5 weeks but I’ve been advised it’s best to have the baby removed or give birth naturally. The baby has cleft lip/pallet, and the head is measuring small where the brain didn’t develop properly.

I’m struggling on stopping the heart beat and I’m debating continuing the pregnancy. It sounds crazy but I’d rather give the baby the best chance rather than stopped the heart unnaturally.

Is there anyone that has been through this or similar? I need all the views and opinions I can get because the heart is such a special thing🥺
